Hi folks,
I'm following this forum for quite some time now and just opted to actually join as I'm now ready to buy a new computer and eventually want to get mac os working on it.

I would be really glad if somebody with some more experience than me - could validate my shopping list and maybe give some advice.

shopping list:

  • Intel Core i7-8700K
  • ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-E Gaming
  • Noctua NH-D15 CPU Cooler
  • ASUS GeForce GTX 1080 STRIX Advanced
  • be quiet! PowerZone 850W
  • G.Skill DIMM 32 GB DDR4-3200 Ripjaws V
  • Samsung 960 PRO 512 Gb SSD M.2 PCIe 3.0x4 (for OS installation if possible)
  • Samsung 1TB SSD
  • Seagate Firecuda 2TB HybridHarddrive
  • 3x Noctua NF-S12A
  • Jonsbo RM4 Silver Tower
It will be used as a workstation, mainly for video editing in Adobe premiere and Color Grading in Davinci Resolve.
I'm really curious what you guys think and look forward to some advice.

Thanks in advance!
cheers
