PLEASE HELP!!! Successfully installed Sierra 10.12 on my Sony Vaio flip 15 Laptop

I got the keyboard, trackpad, touchscreen, and Bluetooth working.
but I can't make audio, wifi and graphics cards works. my laptop is also slow when I open launchpad and the green clitches at startup.
please help.
