please help me install from usb on asrock z68 extrem7 gen3

Hello, everybody,

I want to install my first Hackingtosh and have problems booting from the installations-stick.
I created the stick with unibeast.
My PC is Asrock z68 extreme 7 gen 3 and a haswell cpu
i7 2600k.
When I start the usb-stick with F11, the large menu is displayed (selection of HDD and Clover.
If I start the install like this, I get about 30 seconds The
Apple logo is displayed, the apple disappears and the PC restarts automatically.
Then the menu is displayed again.
Why doesn't el capitan boot full?
I think this is due to the Clover settings, where I can set many check marks. Unfortunately I don't know what all the abbreviations mean.
Can someone please help me?

First thing to do is slow down. You really shouldn't even attempt the install until you've got a basic grasp of the terms. Read this post https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/learning-the-hackintosh-four-letter-words.273877/ and look at the glossary to get some understanding of what this is all about.

This is not a Haswell CPU. It's Sandy Bridge, two years older than that. Other important info. Does your motherboard have legacy BIOS or has it been updated to UEFI ? Determine that first. Boot to BIOS and then see what version you have and check at the Gigabyte website download page.
