I tried to configure my USB ports but it didn't fix the powered port

@Feartech Hi dude, I'm sorry for being late. I tried the USB port behavior on windows 10 and it does the same thing.
I don't disconnect the ac adapter usually, cause the battery is almost gone.
Maybe I didn't notice that thing till now.
