Please Help:BCM94360NG On Dell latitude 3490, wifi works, but Bluetooth doesn’t work!!!

Please Help:

brought a BCM94360NG, installed On Dell latitude 3490, swapped out the original DW1820. seller claim plug and play , but found ONLY wifi works, Bluetooth doesn’t work!!

is there a driver need to be injected? Tricks to activate the card? BT is fully functional in The Windows environment.
