The first CPU that you link to, the 4930K, will not work with your chosen Mobo as its Socket 2011..

You need to check the QVL for the mobo for Ram compatability. http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/socket1150/Z97-WS/Manual&QVL/Z97-WS_memory_QVL_140609.pdf

The 1200Watt PSU is so much overkill . Even the 850Watt is more than you'll ever need.

What are you going to be doing with the GPU that you think you need the GTX 980Ti or two GTX 970's

The rest looks fine

The GPU is for rendering and particle simulations. I plan on adding more in the future. I guess I'll down grade the power supply and check out a CPU that works for the motherboard as well as some rams.
What power supply do you recommend?

Thank you, I shall make adjustments.
Thank you for your time and advise.

The 4790K CPU that you list as your second option will work fine

I checked the RAM that you listed against the QVL and it is NOT supported

The 850 Watt PSU is only ~$20 more than what I would recommend of a 750 Watt and your choice is SkyLake compatible so it would be good for an upgrade in the future, so going with that is not a bad choice.

The 980Ti GPU is a great card, if you feel you need it, go ahead and go with it; especially if it fits your budget...

Good luck with your build. Post any more questions you have

Thank You. I just finished installing a few programs. My build is complete and thanks to everyone it's running and with El Capitan. I decided to go with the 1200v because I will be putting a second graphics card in there. I will be getting the LG 34" 4k 10bit monitor for color accuracy.

My specs are
4 GHz Intel Core i7

32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6143 MB
1T SSD
3T Internal HD
1200V Cooler Master
ASUS Z97-WS Motherboard.

Thanks again for your help.

Does sleep/wake work with your motherboard?
