Please Advice.. Which Best NVIDIA Display card for budget and performance?

I want to build a dual boot hackintosh and windows 8 pro for my rig. And, i want to use it for Photo editing on mac. Gaming, vmware workstation and programming on windows. Right now, i'm already buy this items below, but i'm still confuse which vga driver that best for budget and performance? please your advice:

Memory: Corsair CML16GX3M2A1600C10 Vengeance 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR3
Storage: - Samsung 840 Series MZ-7TD120 120 GB 2.5 SSD (MAC)
- Samsung 840 Pro Series 128GB 6Gb/s 2.5 SSD (Windows)
- Western Digital Green WD Green 2 TB Desktop HDD, SATA III, 64 MB Cache (Data)

Gtx 770 is good, I would recommend a second hand gtx780 off eBay

I'd go secondhand as well. GTX760 and GTX770 are both good options. MSI and Asus seem to have the most quiet cooling.
