Planning to play World of Warcraft in 4K

Hello guys! Im currently working on my new build. My main purpose is to play WoW in 4K on Ultra settings at a steady 60FPS and some other light tasks (browsing,video,photo etc.) . I plan to dual boot Windows and OSX in case something goes wrong with OSX. Is my build good enough for the following purposes i mentioned above? Furthermore, I have a dilemma about getting the 980 Ti or waiting to see if the 1070 will be compatible. Any recommendations are welcome! Thanks

2 things to double check since you are using a mITX case:
Length of GPU - will it fit or is the HDD/SSD cage going to be in the way?
Full ATX size PSU - does the case specs allow full size ATX or require SFF PSU?

Double check board QVL list and make sure the model RAM you chose is on the QVL list of tested/approved RAM.

You'll probably need a better Noctua cooler for a system with a 6600K and a 4K monitor.
That low profile cooler is not intended for gaming builds.
Here's a low profile Noctua with a heftier heatsink. Will fit easily and keep the I5 cooler
than the NH9-Li which is intended for non "K" cpus. It's not really a gaming cooler either
but at least it's got the better heatsink. You can also run the Noctua fan faster and it will
stay relatively quiet. Don't use the Low noise adapter they include.

Thanks for all the tips guys. So by my understanding the rest of the build is fine for my needs as you haven't said anything about it? Steady 60+ FPS @ Ultra Settings (WoW Legion) ?

Thanks for mentioning the Kingston HyperX SSD. I will continue to do more research on them. (I'm not crazy about SandForce, Phison or Marvel controllers - but I really like the fact that the HyperX has a metal case instead of light plastic.)

I only do Noctua fans. I can get a Noctua NF-S12A for about the same price as the Corsair. No contest. Did you read the negative reviews in your link on the Corsair?

Since you only have two mem slots I would install the max possible, 32GB, bought as a single kit of two matched modules. You could download their QVL and also run the mem configurators on the mem websites, Corsair, Crucial, Kingston, G.Skill, PNY, AData, etc.

Will you be running those two drives in Raid 0? Verify that that mobo has no problems doing so by checking Gigabyte's forums. Or will you be installing two OSes, say OSX and Windows on separate drives? If you're a gamer you will probably want a larger drive than 256GB so that you keep it less than 50% full (in practice probably less than 80% since, it being less than 256GB, it probably already has about 10% set aside for provisioning since even some 256GB SSDs have more than 256GB because they throw in a little extra for provisioning.)

Are there other cases that have better airflow? Or did you buy it for its looks? (Nothing wrong with that - just look at the Lian-Li fans.) I wouldn't doubt that it could be compared to a G5 or MacPro case, which we all know is a great looking case.
