All kexts are to be placed in / Library / Extensions or / Volumes / EFI / EFI / CLOVER / kexts / Other ?

There is no definitive correct answer.

Some recommend have the bare minimum in EFI and the remainder in L/E (and a copy of the EFI ones in there as well) whilst others say just have them all in the EFI.

It is up to you to decide which way you want to go.
