I'm running my Mackintosh with a RX560 graphics card connected to my LG C1 OLED TV on the HDMI2.0 port (2.1 on the TV end). When I tried to get a number of the status data using /System/Library/Extensions/AppleGraphicsControl.kext/Contents/MacOS/AGDCDiagnose -a > AGDCDiagnose_a.txt 2>&1, I found the Pixel Encoding value was 8 (YCbCr420) when the TV worked at 4k@60Hz. However, this TV can be working with the 444 mode as it was hyped and that was one the reasons I bought it.

Can someone tell me is it possible to tweak the configurations and get the pixel encoded in the 444 mode please?

@everwisher
I don't know how to help you but out of curiosity I have run the command and got
OUTPUT: Pixel Encoding 1 (RGB444)
I have RX 6600 XT and Lenovo 4k 28" connected by DisplayPort.
