Installing on a Pentium is not advisd, however it has been done. See this link, read the whole thread: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/solved-need-help-with-sierra-install-stuck-at-g3220.231792/

Also, note that you should have a GPU as the Intel Graphics most likely will be unacceptable.

And there is not currently any High Sierra user installation data that I could see.

I install it on G3258 with the CPU Fixed but with a MSI board and a dedicated graphic card (GT 210). Never got the intel HD to work on it tho.
