Go to the location S/L/E and delete HDAEnabler.kext and AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext
Unzip the attached DSDT, keep it on desktop and run Multibeast with below settings.
Drivers & Bootloaders > Drivers > Audio > with DSDT > ALC888 legacy
System > Patched AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement > use the 10.8,1 version
Customization > Boot option > 1080p Bootscreen
And reboot.
I have added edits HDMI Audio may work.
I have patched the DSDT shutdown patch it may work else installed a kext called OpenHaltRestart Google it.

Not sure why try shifting it to a different port.
AR9380 wifi card should work OOB. Try deleting the wifi connecting and rebuild it under system preference.
Run Systeminfo http://olarila.com/kexts/ and attache the screenshot.
