PCIe Bluetooth? IOGear not working with Audio

Hi all,

I bought an IOGear GBU 621 for my new Skylake build.
Unfortunately I'm having some problems with it. Even though it works straight out of the box; I cant get my Bose Headphones working on it. It connects, I select audio output from sys pref but nothing happens. ~Funnily enough the input works (as it has a mic).

So I'm wondering if anyone can suggest any PCIe card that can work out of the box with no too much faffing.

You could always install a Wifi/Bluetooth combo Mini PCIe card on a PCIe adapter - the Broadcom BCM94360CD is recognized OOB as an Apple Airport. I don't recall ever seeing any PCIe or Mini PCIe cards with Bluetooth alone. If you do go this route, there are two threads to take a look at before you buy anything:

Can anyone confirm if they have the Fenvi working with Bluetooth headphones before i make the purchase?

I'll check when I get home. I'd prefer to use Bluetooth as I have issues with the onboard audio

Can confirm that my Beats Solo 2 stream great with Fenvi and BCM94360CD, tested with iTunes, Youtube, system sounds and Final Cut Pro

So far so good!
