I had a closer look on the specs of your mainboard. It is already supplied with a (not macOS supported) Intel wifi/bluetooth card. Sorry for this late realization! Be sure to have both (wifi+bluetooth) dissabled via bios settings, because that may interfere with macOS, irrelevant what kind of extra adapter you are using. Having said that, I'm still convinced that the Fenvi PCIe adaptor is the right choice in your case!
Don't apologize I knew it was equipped with a wifi bluetooth card (running dual boot). The bluetooth is recognized in MacOS (Intel obviously instead of broadcom). I did try to disable the card via bios settings, but that didn't change anything. I am excited to see what the Fenvi will do..
