The only thing that looks to be a potential problem is the SSD. It is using the Phison E18 controller. Some SSDs with Phison controllers just don't work that well with macOS. They're fine with Windows/Linux. If you want one with a controller proven to work with recent macOS versions, go for the 500GB WD Black SN770. It costs significantly less and should be as fast. Has a 5 year warranty too.

All of these WD drives (except one) work flawlessly with Monterey and Ventura. I've never seen a reported problem when they're used as a macOS boot drive. The SN750 SE version, uses a Phison E19T controller and has issues with macOS.

Here's some of the known Samsung NVMe drives which have TRIM problems with macOS.

Boot times can go up to 7-8 minutes when using these with TRIM enabled. The Samsung controller has a "bug" and the Apple TRIM process takes unusually long times.

Again, the controller is the primary determinant for whether any SSD will work well with macOS or not.

Only specific AMD cards are supported in those two macOS versions. Nvidia won't work.
You'd need an RX 460/560 or better AMD card. Have a look at the Buyer's Guide.
