And how do I get Airplay functioning?

I just checked and AirPlay Mirroring is not working for me. I believe the Intel graphics has to be enable for it to function.

I didi a bit of searching and figured out how to enable AirPlay Mirroring if you are using a discrete graphics card. Credit goes to toleda and his full write up is here:
AMD/Nvidia Primary Display with AirPlay Mirroring | tonymacx86.com

To recap:
  1. Open your config.plist with Clover Configurator
  2. Go to the Graphics section
  3. Check Inject Intel and enter 0x01620007 in the "ig-platform-id" section

After making these changes to your config.plist, you can enable the Intel HD 4000 graphics in BIOS. Also, keep the boot video on your discrete graphics card.

I just tested iBooks. Here are my results:

Nvidia web drivers + GTX 745 = transparent window in iBooks
Nvidia web drivers + GT 640 = transparent window in iBooks
Apple Built-in drivers + GT 640 = working iBooks

*Note: Nvidia web drivers + GTX 980 in my Skylake system = working iBooks
