pastrychef's Asus ROG Strix Z370-G Gaming (WI-FI AC) build w/ i9-9900K + AMD 6600 XT

yeah it was working fine with Mojave...

I have another drive with windows could be because of that?do I need to remove it before installing macOS?

The version of macOS you are running should have no impact on UEFI booting.

I think I read a post about one of the more recent Windows 10 updates messing up booting... Can't remember where I saw it...

@Pets123

What sleep problems are you having?

Did you apply one of the proper USB 15 port limit fixes yet?

Please enter the following in Terminal and post the output:
Code:
log show --style syslog | fgrep "Wake reason"

Ok, the terminal says with very long list the same thing over and over:

I didn't think there is needed USB port limit fix, how do I do that ?

Thank You!

That look USB related.

Please see the following guide on how to address the USB 15 port limit.

Ok, I've done that in the past for same configuration and the same iMac 1,1 can I use that same ssdt?

If you've already done it, yes, you can use the same files/method.

There are several methods that involve SSDT. Two require that USBInjectAll.kext be installed in /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/ and one does not require USBInjectAll.kext. Make sure you follow the method you previously used.

I've been following this guide for two years now, without any problem.
I did a silly thing yesterday and I can't boot anymore my hack (just from an USB stick with an install for Mojave).
I was using two NVMe one with Mojave 10.14.6 and the other with Catalina 10.15.4, both of them perfectly functional with Clover.
I tried your Open Core on my NVMe with Catalina (just changing my serial… via Xcode), I made something wrong and now I can't boot anymore, even on my NVMe with Mojave.
I erased the OC folder from EFI partition of my Catalina NVMe and replaced it with a clone of the EFI folder of my bootable USB stick via terminal (dd if=/dev/diskxxx of=/dev/diskyyy).
The EFI partition looks OK with Terminal but I don't know what I could do know ?
