All kexts updated.
Attached are two different EFI for those with Ventura and the other for Sonoma.
... to replace with your own USBPorts.kext , SMBIOS, Mac address ...
I added Sonoma Updates.pdf to help run and view macOS updates.

macOS 14.3.1 update 526.5 MB, OpenCore 0.9.8
Took ~20 minutes,
Everything works fine.

macOS 14.4 update 2.01 GB, OpenCore 0.9.8 , Took ~30 minutes,
Update OCLP to 1.4.1 and make sure SecureBootModel is set to Disabled.
Once it has updated successfully, you can change it back to Default or j137 for iMacPro 1,1.
Replace "IOSkywalkFamily.kext" to version 1.1.0 (thanks to @miliuco 's post here) or use my updated efi.
At the end you will need to delete your wifi network and re-enter it.
Everything works fine.
