I have install macos 10.13.6 on an Optiplex-3050 with i7-6700k-HD530 today，and use EFIR4.zip download from here. Then I try to make some patch to get my dell P2415Q，with id 191B0000 from dell xps9550，and patch for ‘0x6D’， I got screen working correct ，and I found that it could wake without blackscreen. I upload my EFI , maybe it could bring some help for someone.
