CPU: Intel Boxed Core I7-6700 FC-LGA14C 3.40 GHz 8 M Processor Cache 4 LGA 1151 BX80662I76700

CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Freezer i30 Extreme CPU Cooler - Intel, 320W Ultimate Cooling Power, Direct-Touch Heatpipes

Ram: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 16GB Kit (8GBx2) DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) DIMM 288-Pin - BLS2K8G4D240FSB

Solid State Drive: Samsung 850 EVO 500GB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-75E500B/AM)

Hard Drive: Seagate 2TB Desktop HDD SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive (ST2000DM001)

Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GT 740 4GB GDDR5 Dual DVI mHDMI Graphics Cards 04G-P4-3748-KR

Power Supply: Corsair RM Series, RM650, 650 Watt (650W), Fully Modular Power Supply, 80+ Gold Certified

You are going to have a hard time fitting a CPU with 1151 pins on a socket 1150 mainboard. Change the CPU or change the board. Make sure the board OEM QVL list has the RAM model you choose listed.

What if I change the board to a: Gigabyte LGA1151 Intel Z170 ATX DDR4 Motherboards GA-Z170X-UD5

Then it would work. Still should double-check the QVL for the RAM before purchasing RAM.
