Parallels desktop 5 not able to use network card

I've bene trying to use parallels desktop 5 with mys osx snow leopard 10.6.3, but i'm in no luck heren.

Windows install goes wel, but i cant get my network working properly. In windows it says
"not enough resources available, code (12)"

Does anyone here tried installing parallels with a working network card?

Some people are having this problem only when over clocking?

Are you using bridged or host-only networking? I'm using Shared Networking and it works great for me.

i'm not overclocking at all.

i'll try the shared networking. Do i need to change anything to my network properties in osx in order to be able to use shared networking? There are too many possibilities here with the settings.

But my problem is actually windows installing my network card/enabling. It's not that i dont get an ip address, but my networkadapter in windows doesn't enable itself due to lack of recources.
