Panic then Reboot When Switching Monitor Inputs

I started this thread in the "General" section because I wasn't sure what the specific cause was. I've now narrowed the panic and reboots to whenever I change the inputs on the two monitors from the hackintosh (HDMI) to the regular PC (DisplayPort).

I have two computers connected to dual displays. A regular PC is connected to the two monitors via DisplayPort. My hackintosh is connected to the same two monitors via HDMI. This is the "Orange Monster" build listed in my signature. I'll be using the hack on both displays and then switch over to the regular PC every now and then by changing the input select on the monitors. I've recently upgraded to Mojave. Now... every time I switch over to the PC (by toggling the inputs on the monitors from DP to HDMI), the hackintosh is having a panic and rebooting while I'm on the other PC with the monitors.
