Trying to decide between these 2 Motherboards as I can get either for the same price.

I already have the following:

Cooler Master Centurion 590 ATX Mid Tower Case
OCZ Technology StealthXStream OCZ600SXS 600W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready Active PFC Power Supply
Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield 2.66GHz LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Processor Model BX80605I5750
OCZ Gold Low Voltage 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800) CL8 Desktop Memory Model OCZ3G1600LV4GK
PNY XLR8 GeForce 9800 GT EE 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
Samsung SH-S183L 18X SATA DVD Burner With LightScribe Technology

I will have at least 2 disks, one for SL and one for Win 7 Ultimate. I figure I'll spend 70% of the booted in SL.

I don't think I'll need to run SLI, so what board is better for my build?

The P55A-UD4P has SATA 6Gbit, USB 2.0 and three times USB power as advantages over the P55-UD5, whereas the P55-UD5 has the advantage of a more advanced power regulation, chipset cooling and combo eSATA/USB 2.0 ports. It also has a PCI Express x4 slot in the shape of a x16 slot and two more SATA ports (via a second third part controller). So you have to decide on what features are more important to you.
