Hi 2 all,

When i did a clean install of Mavericks 10.9.1, i forgot to reset my EUFI Bios settings to optimized defaults.
)I am using a Gigabyte UD3H-B3 mobo.)

In the Bios i had bumped up the CPU frequency to 40, instead of the default 34.
Also i had disabled Turbo Boost, and all States in Bios.
This because i mainly wotk with audio on my HT, which can suffer from having turbo boost on and all c/p states on.

When the installation of Mavericks was done and i restarted from my system HD, it ended up with a kernelpanic, something about intelpowermanagement.

Then i returned BIOS to optimized defaults (so all States ON and CPU frequency back to 34)
After that,my Hackintosh booted without problem from Mavericks system HD.

In my Multibeast settings, i had choosen for Non DSDT.
It installed FakeSMC by default and also Generate CPU states.
My profile in MB is the standard MacPRO 3.1

Now i am wondering how i can overclock again (so disabling all states and turboboost and increasing cpu freq to 41), without getting again that kernelpanic.

Do i have to alter my Multibeast settings for this ?

Any help appreciated !

Rob.
