OSX on HP ProBook 4530s?

Hi guys!
I am in desperate need of some help here I tried to install Sierra using the general OSX instruction (https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...ierra-on-any-supported-intel-based-pc.200564/). I also tried the specific installation instruction (https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...book-using-clover-uefi-hotpatch-10-11.189416/). I run from one error message into the next, getting a bit closer every step. But I think I am overcomplicating things by not following the right instructions. Can anyone point me into the right direction for installing OSX? Should I try another OSX version instead of Sierra? Which instruction should I follow?
Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for your quick reply. I found this guide before, and tried it for installing Sierra - I had no luck with that (did not boot). Is your advice to follow the instruction with El Capitan instead of Sierra?
