OSX has stopped booting

Yes, I have a USB2 stick.
I also tried on USB3 stick and SSD.
Without a difference, the same error.

I set cpus=1 and I tried graphics fakeID and normal ID.

As per guide, try with VboxHFS-64.efi instead of HFSPlus.efi.
Try alternatives proposed for Aptio fixing (OsxAptioFix*.efi vs. AptioMemoryFix.efi, etc).

Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.
