OSX has stopped booting

Hello,

After update Windows 10, my system OSX has stopped booting.
Stops at the initial screen:

I had to unlock something in Windows.
Someone has an idea or remembers how to restore boot ??
 
Before upgrading the BIOS, everything worked very well. I did not change anything in Clover files.
After upgrade Bios, I'm stuck at: End RandomSeed +++++++++++

It does not matter: OSX booting or trying to install OSX, I've always I'm stuck "End RandomSeed".

How should I make a report if the OSX system does not want to start??

Unfortunately, I can't do a BIOS downgrade.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix it?

If you had patched ACPI files in ACPI/patched, please realize you must re-extract/re-patch.
(any hardware change, BIOS update, or BIOS option change requires re-extract/re-patch).

You should boot with a USB prepared according to the guide:

Then you can fix whatever is wrong (likely the above issue I mention regarding patched ACPI), or at least upload PR files for further advice.
 
Previously, I could do the installation even without ACPI/patched files.

and

I made a clean USB according to the instructions. Nothing helped the same error.

The previous USB installer is the same.

Is there any other method?
