OSX Dual Boot with Windows 8 compatibility?

Just another compatibility thread, wondering if I can make a stable hackintosh dual boot with the parts. If you are wondering why I want a hackintosh, its mainly for XCode, and web design in the future.

Here are my specs on the PC I want to install Mac OSX (Mavericks) on:

Motherboard: MSI B75MA-P45 (MS 7798) (Someone had used this mobo in the past to install mavericks.. from my searches on this forum)

CPU: i5 3570k (3.4 GHz) (Didn't find much info on this)

Ram: 8GB DDR3 Ram

Power Supply: 700W Thermaltake

GFX Card: PowerColor 2GB 7850 HD Radeon (Apparently I need to edit some Kexts or fiddle around with it, not a problem)

HD: toshiba dt01aca100 1tb disk drive

Monitor: ASUS 23 Inch 1920x1080 HDMI Monitor

Please let me know if you guys need anymore information. Just wondering if I can make a successful hackintosh build! Also link me to any settings that might be applicable to hardware etc, thank you very much!

If you have found information on others using the same motherboard then that should make life easier.The CPU is fine.
