OSX 10.12 Sierra vs OSX 10.11 El Capitan?

Anyone have any preferences between these two options, or experience with both?

I'm specifically wondering if either have any better track record when it comes to audio performance. (I'm working with Ableton myself, but curious about Logic or other DAWs as well.)

I've read some people arguing in favour of El Capitan online? However a lot of these threads are months old so I'm not sure if they were just speaking during the early development days of Sierra.

Any feedback welcome!

I have a 2012 MBP that I have used for audio since 10.8 Mountain Lion. I have never noticed any difference in performance in any of the releases. I also use Ableton Live.

I use both El Cap and Sierra. Not much of a difference. I'll probably stay on El Cap for work until I need to upgrade to Sierra because of new hardware(I'll get a new GPU + 4k screen at some point)
My USB3.1 port works better on Sierra, but that's about all.
Using Live, Cubase, Logic and some Pro Tools.
