Hi,

yesterday i did clean install (with new UniBeast 1.5) and first thing i noticed, is that after install finished, i dont have all icons on Dock. There are only a few icons there, and for others (like Safari, Mail, etc...) is showing only label when i put mouse over it. Same thing is when i try to save something on desktop, it shows only label, and there is no folder. Did someone experienced something simmilar ?

Config:
GA-Z68X-UD4 + i7-2600k + XFX6870

Just to say 10.7.4 worked smooth as it should....

And i tried to reinstall 10.8 two times now, same thing...

How to solve problem ?

thx

Try resetting the dock back to default,

In terminal without quotes,
1. "defaults delete com.apple.dock"
2. "killall Dock"

Post up screenshot?

Otherwise, I suggest you remake your ML install USB/CD since you said that you've tried installing it 2/3 times.

Same Problem

I'm missing icons, too. It looks Like I have 16x16 icons, but the don't work at other resolutions. I'm missing in dock, launch pad, and folders. Basically the larger icon sizes are missing of most built in icons. Installed over Lion.

Same here no icons Ep45-ud3p. on clean instal and update on 10.7.4 same result

update: get it work. installed again with first option marked(support) in unibeast when create boot. all rest the same and works.
could be incident

OK, same problem here... no icons :/ And clean install

on a GA P43 ES3G with a GT240 video card.

Try resetting the dock back to default,

In terminal without quotes,
1. "defaults delete com.apple.dock"
2. "killall Dock"

This fixed my Yosemite missing and screwed up dock icons...happened after a video card glitch.
