Is there a way to transfer files between OS X and NTFS formated USB Hard Drive?I can't format my USB Drive because there's very important information.It's 1TB.Thanks

Yes you can, but you will need to install 3rd party software like Tuxera NTFS. It will allow you to read and write NTFS Drive Format.
