Anyone knows if 10.9.1 introduce LGA2011 support ?

Article: OS X 10.9.1 Update

Here's the step by step way to update:
:ch: Repair Permissions using the Disk Utility on the drive to be updated;*
:ch: Use the Software Update to download and install 10.9.1;
:ch: Re-boot;
:ch: Run MultiBeast v6.01+ and just select your audio driver to install;
:ch: Re-boot; and
:ch: Repair Permissions again.
:thumbup:

* You can use the Terminal instead of Disk Utility if you feel comfortable with a UNIX command:
Code:
sudo diskutil repairPermissions /

Works perfect on my setup :)

Update, my computer freezes after a little while :/

Had a little problem bud i cheked alle my HDD's and repaired them, after i have not had any problems.

Installed update on computer that is for audio, i.e. no onboard audio installed due to using 3rd party interface...

Basically no running of Multibeast necessary and everything so far is working great..

Only interesting thing of note was that while repairing disk permissions after update, there was quite a bit of permissions regarding iBooks which needed repairing....

Edit: oh yeah, I can also confirm that TRIM is still working after the update, making this the easiest update ever!

Everything went fine. Only had to update audio.
What surprised me was the Geekbench3 score. It increased for the single core score from 3548 to 4756. And for the Multi-Core Score from 11284 to 15068. I use Clover as bootloader.

And only the AppleHDA.kext matters to me.
Waiting for toledo to update a patched AppleHDA.kext.
In the meantime you can use the patched one from 10.9.

I have stopped using Mail app all together in Maverics, as issues with my gmail account were driving me crazy. Hopefully this update will fix all of them, updating it now...

Hello,

Is there a way to check if TRIM is enabled ? I activated it with Multibeast but i'd like to be sure.

Thanks.

P.S : I didn't update to 10.9.1 yet, waiting to know about the GK110B bug. But it seems it doesn't fix it !

Hello,

Is there a way to check if TRIM is enabled ?

About this Mac > System Report > SATA/SATA Express

Then check for, 'TRIM Support: Yes'.
