In my system Z77-DS3H - I7 3770 - Ati Radeon HD 5870 work's perfect !!
installed update from App Store and reboot. after reinstall audio driver from multi beast e repair permission ! works perfect

I just updated it and all I had to do afterwards was reinstall the Audio Driver. Thank you for this information.

i update it but i lost sound, how can i fix it.. i tried multibeast all audio drivers but no solution, can you help me please.

Updated using Software Update. Had to re-install audio . No problems noted with Ivy-Bridge system. Everything I use, including iMessage are working.

Did iMessage work out of the box or did you use a special boot loader?

For me it's work fine (10.9.1), but the main thing that i would be share to you guys when the display sleep, it's very hard to turn on back the display. Shaking the mouse is not working. The only thing work is that hit the keyboard many times and later on display is back with sometimes hang....I think bluetooth is the answer of these matter. However, as i checked the system preferences I cannot find any BLUETOOTH. Anyone can helps, PLEASE share it!!! thanks
