Updated to 10.8.4 via AppStore without any problems (using macpro5,1), setup: MSI P67A-GD65, i7 2600, GeForce 650Ti, SSD 256GB 840 pro. I had to reinstall sound drivers, but the trimm support was still active. This setup has survived all the updates from 10.7.1 till now (used a GT430 before). I am very happy with tonymacx86! Thanks for all the good stuff!

Accidentally updated with Software Update. Thank goodness nothing went wrong.

Just need to update audio, games and all worked fine.

Running 10.8.2 on i7 3770K / Gigabyte Z77X-UD5H / Gigabyte GTX680. This is my first Hackintosh so I didn't update to 10.8.3 because of concerns with screwing up a stable environment. Am I going to have issues upgrading to 10.8.4 from 10.8.2?

In case you needed more reassurance, my system running a 3570k and 660ti on a z77X-UD3H board seems to be working great after a combo update!
It fixed the sleep issue that I was having!

Just updated from Combo Update. Went better and faster then I was expecting. Didn't even have to reinstall my audio drivers.

Gigabyte Z77-D3H
3.4 GHz i7
GTX 580 1.5 GB

GA-B75M-D3P - Updated right from Apple Store and everything was working upon restart, didn't even have to reinstall my audio. Is there a fix for iMessages with this update or has anyone found something that will allow us to login?

Updated my rig (GA Z77X-UP5TH, i7-3770K, HD4000) with Combo 10.8.4 no problems at all (touchwood).
Steps:
(1) Clone partition to backup partition (just in case).
(2) Applied Combo 10.8.4 (but did not restart at the end).
(3) Ran Multibeast 5.3.1 and selected JUST the ALC898 driver and applied it.
(4) Restarted and booted fine with working audio.
