Everything works, except I had to re-apply TRIM-enabler and was fine after reboot.

geekbench went up from 12806 to 14153.. OpenCL did not break for me using i7 3770k Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe Patched Bios 1504 and Palit GTX 680 Jetstream

All fine on this side of the world. Appstore install worked without any issues or need to reinstall kexts.

Are you saying you did a fresh install? I'm curious since you have an HD6xxx card, which a lot of people were reporting having to remove ATIHD6000Controller kext from their installers, and have to reinstall after 10.8 completed. Curious if this was potentially fixed in the 10.8.1 update to the app store installer.

For me, just need to copy AppleSmartBatteryManager.kext again. I also modified AppleIntelCPUManagement.kext, AppleHDA.kext. Looks like they works fine.
