Mine works fine, update said it encountered an error, but when i go to apple > about this mac. It says 10.8.1, didnt re-install anything.
GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3 rev 1.0 w/ UEFI Bios U1C

No problems here, CustoMac Mini: GA-H61N-USB3, i3 2105, Intel HD 3000.
It did an error when finished downloading (App Store), had to force quit and hit download again.
23Mb for me

Installed manually via apple download page and re-ran multibeast (just to make sure...). No problems and no enhancements so far

Installed updated, it stated it failed but it now says I have 10.8.1, very strange as it was only 7mb to download.
