In my Asus X-99 Pro 3.1 update 11.04 to 11.05 by Apple Store. Just lost the WiFi, but BT remained ok. After the OS and Nvidia Web Driver automatic update, I had to manually re-edit the BCM4360.kext to have WiFi and applegraphicscontrol.kext for MacPro6.1 settings.
Again, everything works smooth and very fast

Upadate without any problems. reboot with nv_disable=1 flag

And webdriver Nvidia automatic update.

I had to boot with nv_disable=1 and verbose mode to get my integrated graphics to work instead of my Nvidia GT 740. Then I installed the beta web drivers and now is working as great as always!.

Installation from AppStore was no problem, only the sound had to be repatched.

Update: For those plagued by the shutdown/restart errors, 10.11.5 stops that from happening. Woot!

Not true at all! the plague of shutdown/restart error is still there!

Thank you for bring this to my attention. I should have (and will) qualified the above statement by stating my ASUS GENE doesn't have the shutdown/restart problem.

but cpu power management needs some hands on, will check it later ....

Confirmed working fine on Monkeybook Pro (Sony Vaio VPCSE2) see sig ...

Used Combo Update as have several hacks to upgrade ...ran perfect thanks to solid clover config.
iMessage also confirmed working after update.

Will post if any issues found ...

1. 5Ghz AC wifi speed drop after sleep .... issue remains as in 10.11.4
