Everything working
Appstore update, everything working 100%. Didn't have to touch audio, trim, USB3 kexts. Just needed the updated Nvidia Web Driver.

I did a fresh install of 10.11.3 and everything works fine.

I updated from the App Store. When it restarted it when to OS X Default Graphics Drivers but NVidia notified me that a new driver was available and I installed and works perfect. With audio, I have no problems off HDMI audio to TV. Don't know about sound from the back(green) plug but I have no sound from headset port but its not a big deal to me since I don't use it. Don't know about microphone either.
Update: I have tested the front Headphone and the rear (green) audio and both work. I also tested out the ethernet and it is also working. The only thing I don't know if it works is the Microphone. Don't really know how to test it.

thanks. I had to do that for 10.11.2 to fix it but I didn't know I had to do it for 10.11.3 too. Now everything works.
On an unrelated note, under about this mac, it says that my CPU is 4.01 GHz when it should be 4 GHz right? i7-6700K. Does anyone know how to fix it?
