OS X 10.11.1 Causes My Graphics Card Fans to Run at Max

Does anybody have problems with the fans(running all the time on aprox. max speed) ?

I get that when my machine boots until the graphics card drivers are loaded correctly by the Operating System. Check to see if it's correctly set up and found by El Capitan?

My fans spin up for a second right before the login screen appears and then go back to normal.

My GTX 760 fans spin up at post, booting OS X but once OS X boots the fans cut down. But my 6870 is a different story in OS X the Fans spins up once OS X boots up but when post, booting into OS X fans are quiet. ATI Radeon cards have issues with Powermanagement.
