Well thats interesting, I can now push 4k 3840x2160 out go my gtx 970 on my LG 40"TV using the hdmi slot. This was not possible before. Im only getting 3ohz so i don't think there is support for hdmi 2.0 yet but still this was not possible on my build before 10.10.3 and the new updates.

Updated super easily, TRIM didn't break having already used IOAHCIBlockStorage kext patch for Clover listed in Post #142. My ALC1150 audio didn't break either thanks to the patch by toleda. The native HDMIAudio.kext from Macrumours also works perfectly so no problems there either.

All I needed to do was update Nvidia native drivers to latest version after updating.

TRIM from 7.2 Multibeast is not working on GB H87 D3H. I tried to re-install it 2 times. Audio is OK. I'm waiting for the new Multibeast next week.

Anyway, thanks for the good work  !

After updating via App Store, my installation stuck on black screen:crazy:
Resurrected by nv_disable=1 and install Nvidia Web Driver, and now works like a charm:headbang:

At first attempt, I install MacPro5,1 SMBIOS, but boot stuck at blank grey screen. So, i revert back to MacPro3,1 and it's working as it should:clap:

Worked 100% for me. I updated Clover first just for the heck of it, and then updated from 10.10.2 to 10.10.3 via the App Store. Everything went smoothly. After updating, I just had to reenable Trim & update nVidia drivers (new ones were already available).

Thanks for the help. After a shutdown an power on again bluetooth work perfect, before after restart didn't work. Now it's all OK.
Thanks everybody.

Hello all, Booting Clover on a x79 system with gtx 980 i updated my back up boot drive to test 10.10.3 with the new Nvidia web drivers but i get a blank screen any hints on how to fix this. system is working perfectly on 10.10.2 and if i boot with NV disable =1 it works but without any grafx acceleration. i use Mac Pro 6,1 and would like to keep it that way so i dont screw my iMessages / iCloud working set up.

TIA

Brilliant Update, on my Gigabyte z97X Gaming 7 System -Gigabyte Nvidia GTX 970 G1 Gaming running via Clover.

Ran the Alc100 Audio enabler command and ran the Nvidia Beta Update, post install. Works like a charm :D

I have not touched or patched anything DSDT related (it thinks its a 27 imac, Late 2013), but a great system with clover.

Virtually the same system here. Did u have to replace applehda kext or just run toledas alc audio?

Also did you you app store or combo update

Hi All,

GA-Z77X-UD5H Hackintosh here running Clover. I installed the update from the App Store. When I reboot, I get to the login screen (with crappy graphics, as expected since I haven't yet installed the 10.10.3 Nvidia alternate drivers yet). When I log in, it hangs at the logging in screen and gives me a spinning beach ball. Any ideas? Not sure what else to do other than copy back over my SuperDuper clone.

Thanks!

I have a similar build. What sys def are you using? I was using MacPro6,1 and I needed the NVdia drivers and change the injection in the graphics section of my config.plist to yes for Nvidia. I also lost my second monitor connection via HDMI. I reverted to iMac13,2 and used the OS X drivers, then changed my config.plist graphic injection back to no for Nvidia and now all is well. I have both on-board and Nvidia card recognized and everything is working. It all had to do with the sys definition being MacPro6,1
