OS X 10.10.3 Update

Attempted updating with the combo update first on my z97x-UD5H build and had some difficulty doing so. System froze as soon as would begin installing the update prior to reboot. Tried several times and it failed.

Then I ran the update from the MAS and it was fine. Reinstalled ALC1150 with layout 1 from MultiBeast.

Same here. NUC with 10.10.2 Clover worked beautifully. Now, it reboots by itself in a loop...

New version of Clover needed? There were two updates applied: 10.10.3 and OS X Yosemite Recovery Update 1.0. I applied both, but not sure if the later one caused the trouble...

If you've gotten this to work on an i5 NUC *perfectly*, can you describe how?

The "reboot" loop is related to the Intel5000HD kext. Boot into safe mode, remove the kext, and you'll be back in business, with cruddy graphics.

Any solution for this? Yes, I was able to boot my NUC Haswell with AppleIntelHD5000Graphics.kext removed, but it's soooooo slow...

Good evening, i have this "Apple Broadcom BCM94360CD 802.11ac mini WLAN+Bluetooth 4.0 card for iMac" with this "Mini PCI-E to PCI-E x1 Wireless Adapter with 4 Antenna For BCM94360CD BCM94331CD" adapter and after the upgrade on 10.10.3 my bluetooth didn't recognize and pair my apple magic mouse. It says no Bluetooth but the mouse is basic work without any gesture or secondary click. The sound and trim work perfect with last Multibeast and the code from here for the trim on console.
My Hackintosh is: Motherboard Gigabyte z68p-ds3, CPU i5 2310, 16Gb RAM, SSD Samsung 840 series 240Gb, and GPU MSI nVidia GTX550Ti.
Any idea????

Updated my Acer 4830T notebook (Sandybridge i5-2410M HD3000) without any issues.
Used 10.10.3 Combo.
Boot loader is Clover r3193 and Sys Def is MacbookPro8,1.
No need to reinstall Audio kext...clover does the dynamic patch at boot helped by the HDA helper kext (containing the layouts and pinconfigs) installed in /S/L/E (leaving AppleHDA kext native and untouched).

New Photos App is OK. Nothing earth shattering compared to iPhotos. Has basic editing capabilities.

So this morning I applied the update to my 2009 Mac Pro and guess what...it failed and took several reboots and reloads before I got to the end point of a successful upgrade.

Meanwhile I applied the same to my Hack...both Unibeast/multibeast and clover installations and it worked as smooth as I expected the Apple product to work.

Funny things in life eh?

try it maybe in safe mode...
Also check if your org.chameleon.boot.plist has changed for some reason...

After installing the Nvidia Web Driver, there's a new bootflag in org.chameleon.boot.plist: nvdi_drv=1. Still stuck with a black screen, inserting -x doesn't help at all. Bad update...

I have the same WiFi & Bluetooth card (BCM94360CD) in my hackintosh and for the first time the gestures didn't work at all after the updater. I have to restart the PC once again, and since than my Magic Mouse is perfect!

Here is a nice little patch to get Trim in Clover.

If you use Clover Configurator you can follow this steps:
go to Kernel and Kext Patches add a new row
in name put IOAHCIBlockStorage
in find hex put 004150504C452053534400
in replace hex put 0000000000000000000000
in comment you can write what you want (a description for example)
in InfoPlistPatch leave it as is (unchecked)
Save and reboot.
