Updating to 10.15.5 fixed the App Store!

For me was the oposite!! App Store working on 15.4 and 15.5 update crash it. Now I cant do nothing on app store.

I'm having the same issue... m93p here.
I'm not sure if the App Store was functional before (15.4) but using 15.5 is crashing at all.

just update your lilu.kext and WEG.kext to the latest and put it in L/E. works for my dual vga catalina 10.15.6

Catalina 10.15.6:
Installed lilu.kext and wehatevergreen in Library/Extensions using KextBesast.pkg solved the problem (App Store freez).
I had also both kexts in kext/other in the EFI.
