Opencore installation wont work

Hey guys,

please ignore my english skills im from germany.
I have a windows desktop pc and want to install a hackintosh on a second ssd i bought.
First i tried this with multiboot but this want work on my computer. Then i tried to install everything with opencore,
because i read opencore is more stable and when it runs, it runs. i did erverything like the tutorial and now i dont know what to do.

I have an issue and every time i try to selecte on opencore install mac os big sur the apple boot screen support appears ? do you guys have any idea ? thanks

Thanks nevermind my issue was resolved ! i was actually booting on the old opencore instead of the usb that why it wouldn't install !
