[Opencore] Gray screen with mouse while installing

While installing BigSur, I'm getting gray screen with mouse pointer movable but no installation options.

Tried removing lang text string to empty too in NVRAM.

Config:
ASUS Z170 PRO GAMING
i7-6700 - 530HD
Nvidia 1050Ti

I have disabled it with boot flag and using HDMI directly connected to mobo.

Again now stuck on Gray installation screen. I had DP port connected to my other monitor which I removed now.
