Hello all!! My Hackintosh build keeps randomly rebooting but otherwise it works perfectly fine. I recently switched the system from Clover to OC and in clover I did not have this issue. I used the same hardware but I did erased the NVME SSD writing over the data in my Fedora box prior to starting the OC build. My build specs are below:

Hardware list: Intel i7-8700k, ROG Strix Z370G WIFI, AMD RX580 Saphire, 32gb G.Skill RipJaws, Intel NVME 1TB drive, Broadcom BCM4362 wireless card all running Catalina 10.15.7 (19H2) on OpenCore 0.6.2.

Where can I start looking and or what else you experts will need me to provide for a better assessment.

OpenCore is just the boot loader and turns over the hardware to macOS and has no control of the system once the OS loaded and running

use the Opencore Sanity Checker to verify you have the config.plist correct.
make sure you using thde recommend acpi ssdt as well

Same issue here, have no idea how to find out what the problem is, maybe it's a hardware issue?
