OpenCore boot option disappears when making a new partition

Whenever I make a new partition on windows, regardless of format, opencore always disappears from my boot options, even if the partition is empty. It comes back when I delete the new volume. What's up with this?

Strange, strange world... Now the option disappeared completely, I can boot into macOS just fine with a uefi shell though...

Edit: Solved by using LauncherOption from the config file
