Opencore AMD build - Can't shake this error

Been working on a new build for a friend ased on an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X. I've been trying various mobo and cpu matching EFIs online and tweaking them, but no luck. So far this current config is the furthest I've gotten but I've spent hours on this now. If anyone can lend an insight into why i'm recieving this error that'd be so amazing.

Build -
CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
Mogo - Gigabyte B450M DS3H
GPU - swapping between an AMD RX 5700 XT and an Nvidia 1060ti for testing purposes (same result so far)
OS - Catalina
