The GTX 750 Ti is not supported on MacOS Mojave, Catalina and the upcoming Big Sur due to lack of Nvidia drivers.

If you want to install and run MacOS on this build, you have to get a supported graphics card, such as RX 570 / RX 580.

Alternatively, you can replace the CPU with an i3 9100 (which has CPU integrated graphics, unlike the 9100F) or any 9th generation non-F i5/i7/i9 (e.g. i7 9700 but not i7 9700F) and use CPU integrated graphics without any graphics card.

You may also try MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (with Nvidia drivers) if you want to keep the build unchanged, but High Sierra is due to go out of support soon and is no longer recommended.

Good night Sorry another question if I can answer the rest and only compatible with the video card and the right processor, I have little money so I will choose Core I3, in case I can use this CPU only with Video card ne,

everything else is compatible

The 1gb and 2gb NVIDIA GT 730 work as long as they are Kepler. I have Catalina running on them and they are pretty cheap. Although the i3 integrated graphics 630 is better than the GT 730 graphics.

8Gb is better than 4Gb but Gigabyte is probably higher quality board. They will both work so whichever is best for you. If you plan to do video editing then the 8Gb will benefit you, if only using for browsing the 4Gb if cheaper is better.

Good morning Thank you guys for your help
yes i will use for some time video editing plus the same strong and design and development
I will analyze the values and buy the 4GB that fits in the budget
