Deleted the extra graphics stuff you has in there (Vram setting, Ports, Dual Link DVI, etc)
Only 1 HDMI port recognized on GTX 1050 Ti

UPDATE:
Nope. Didn't help... I'm able to boot with HDMI and DP... once I'm up to the GUI, I can plug the DVI plug in and get my 3 screens working.

bump... anyone else have a clue... weird, as long as I boot without the DIV and then plug it back in after it boots, I'm fine with all 3 screens working...

I have a Gigabyte GV-N1050OC-2GL which is connected to two 1080p-monitors via the lower hdmi port and the display port. Both hdmi ports at the same time didn't work. Only single. Running macOS 13.3.3 and the latest NVIDIA webdrivers.
If i boot from windows, the two hdmi ports work simultaneously.
