I think the graphics settings are correct
device-id, try device-id=9B3E0000 (also try without device-id)

also missing: framebuffer-fbmem=00009000
 
What do you mean by try without device-id? Completely remove the string?

yes, just to test if the one i mentioned doesn't work
 
Adding fbmem and changing device id is blocking the OS loading and forcing a restart

what is your screen resolution? you may need -cdfon boot argument and you may need to look into setting DVMT to 64MB

The screen resolution is 1080p. Where do I set dvmt to 64?

-cdfon is not needed then

you set this in your BIOS if you have the option, otherwise you will need to look into the faq in my signature for DVMT
 
Like that? Just have to put 1 in patch enable?

I talked to a guy with a 10750h CPU laptop (so same igpu). He boots without the device-id string, and his igpu has all the memory allocated. If I boot without device-id it stuck during loading
